The Goytree: Free stays for people protecting the Planet
For more than twenty years, we’ve both worked across the climate, environmental and community development space. We’ve seen how much vital work is carried by people who rarely seek recognition, often working with limited resources, and almost always driven by care rather than credit.
People we want to shine a light on
The people below were nominated by others who wanted to say, “Your work matters. We see you.” Their contributions span food, land, mental health, community organising, creativity, care and climate action. Some are highly visible. Many work behind the scenes. All are part of a wider web of people trying to do meaningful work in difficult times. We are offering 4 free stays – not a reward for being exceptional but as a gesture of gratitude and acknowledgement for showing up, often over long periods of time, for people and planet.
